Stay Updated with JMT's Latest Developments
Changzhou JMT Technology Co., Ltd. ("JMT Technology") officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a Hangzhou-based company, announcing that both parties will jointly advance intelligent upgrades in lithography machine research, production, and maintenance based on their independently developed AI large model technologies. This collaboration follows the technical path of "from small models to large models, and from private databases to public collaboration," combining cutting-edge international Grok3 algorithms with the Deep Seek inference engine to break through key technical bottlenecks in the lithography machine industry and inject new momentum into the high-quality development of China's semiconductor industry.
After years of R&D efforts and precise collaboration with major domestic FAB plants, JMT has partnered with Changzhou Niu** Optoelectronics and Wuxi Mo** to complete the mass production validation of domestically produced DUV lithography light sources, providing stable and reliable "Chinese light sources" for lithography processes. The company has achieved comprehensive substitution of precision drive motors by integrating the technical advantages of Changzhou Hetai Motors, Jiangsu Jinzhi Datong Motors, and CETC 21st Research Institute, realizing partial localization of precision motion control systems and filling the gap in high-dynamic response motors. JMT has also pioneered the R&D and mass production of key components for CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition), building a complete technology matrix covering thin film deposition processes and significantly reducing equipment maintenance costs.
The JMT team possesses full production line lifecycle service capabilities, particularly with unique technical abilities in adjusting various aberration precision of equipment lenses that other domestic second-hand equipment companies lack, enabling equipment to reach its optimal operating state. The company's work covers equipment relocation installation, process debugging, personnel training, and mass production maintenance processes, with deep technical reserves for mainstream manufacturers' equipment including ASML, Nikon, and Canon, and rich industry experience. Compared to other domestic factories, JMT offers more comprehensive and better services that can be completed in one stop.
To date, JMT's frontline experimental training bases are located in Hangzhou, Xuzhou, and Changzhou, covering frontline operations and basic practical courses for multiple low to medium-end lithography equipment. JMT also offers online knowledge training courses, one-on-one guidance from frontline masters, semiconductor industry research studies, and comprehensive training courses covering the entire industry chain, providing professional technical training for semiconductor industry practitioners and students.
